We are currently offering a remote work opportunity with performance-based objectives. This position involves outbound calling during night shifts for the US/Canada geography. Preference will be given to candidates without prior experience in healthcare recruitment but with substantial expertise in outbound calling.

Job Responsibilities:

*Should have experience in end to end recruitment lifecycle

*Responsible for posting job advertisements, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, setting interview schedules with hiring managers,

*Should have a solid background in healthcare.

Basic Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
