Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHire warehouse staff – Pickers, Packers, Loaders & Helpers.
  • Source candidates through field visits, referrals and job portals.
  • Arrange daily bulk interviews and quality lineups.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse HR for interviews and joining.
  • Complete candidate documentation and onboarding.
  • Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
  • RequirementsGraduate/Undergraduate.
  • Experience in warehouse or bulk recruitment preferred.
  • Good communication and candidate sourcing skills.
  • Willing to travel and visit warehouse locations.
