Job Description
1-Blue Collar Hiring -
End-to-end execution of mass recruitment drives for operational, frontline, and shop-floor roles. This involves sourcing candidates through field networks, localized job platforms, and vendor partnerships to meet immediate volume targets efficiently.
2-Calling -
High-volume phone screening and continuous candidate engagement. This includes conducting initial fitment interviews, clearly explaining job roles and compensation, addressing candidate queries, and executing rigorous follow-ups to maximize interview attendance and final joining rates.
3-Documentation-
Comprehensive management of employee onboarding paperwork and compliance records. This involves collecting and verifying KYC documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN, and Bank details), facilitating statutory forms (PF/ESIC registrations), and maintaining accurate digital and physical employee files.
