Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and home demos.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable massage chair models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the team for delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company promotions.
- Represent the brand professionally at the showroom and during customer visits.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in consumer durables, furniture, electronics, or wellness products).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, along with good Hindi communication skills.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a polite and professional approach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
