Kyro Growth Systems is looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-focused Business Development Executive to support our U.S. market outreach.This is a hands-on outbound sales role focused on cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and appointment setting with U.S.-based businesses.

• This is a voice-intensive U.S. B2B sales role, so excellent spoken English is one of our most important requirements.
• You should have: Excellent verbal English communication skills
• Clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette
• Confidence speaking with U.S. business owners and decision-makers
• The ability to hold a natural business conversation without sounding scripted
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills
• A confident, pleasant, and professional calling voice

Candidates with previous experience communicating with U.S. customers or businesses will be strongly preferred. You will not be responsible for closing sales. Your primary responsibility will be to identify the right decisionmakers, initiate conversations, qualify interest, and book meetings for our sales team.

• What You’ll Do: Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. businesses
• Target approximately 150-200 outbound call attempts per working day
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Introduce Kyro Growth Systems and our services professionally
• Qualify prospects based on business needs and interest
• Book qualified meetings for our sales team
• Conduct basic lead research before outreach
• Prospect and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn
• Send follow-up emails and messages when required
• Follow up consistently with warm and interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and meetings in our CRM or tracking system
• Coordinate with management regarding lead progress and upcoming meetings

• What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, business development, tele calling, or lead generation
• Experience in a U.S. or international process is strongly preferred
• U.S. B2B cold-calling experience will be a major advantage
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory
• Strong confidence on phone calls
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and business owners
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Ability to consistently work a part-time remote schedule

Compensation: ₹10,000 fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives In addition to the fixed salary, you will receive: 5% of the first month’s revenue actually collected from any new client directly generated through your outreach. For example: $1,000 client → $50 incentive

• $1,500 client → $75 incentive
• $2,000 client → $100 incentive

The 5% incentive becomes payable after Kyro Growth Systems receives the client's first payment. Additional performance incentives may also be offered based on appointment-setting and overall outreach performance.
