Job Description
School Business Development Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B / School / Education Sales preferred
Location: Area-based / Field Sales (In various Kolkata Areas)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach schools, preschools and educational institutions in the assigned area.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with School Owners, Principals and Management.
- Present and promote the company’s education products, curriculum, books, kits and learning solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up on enquiries and proposals.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, delivery and customer support.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Good knowledge of the local school/preschool market.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
