Job Purpose

The Client Solutions Associate works directly with individuals, families, and professionals to analyze personal risks, evaluate healthcare needs, and recommend tailored Life and Health insurance solutions. This role is responsible for driving new business growth through structured monthly goals while building long-term renewal income through high-quality client management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Solution Pitching

* Meet with prospective clients to assess health coverage gaps, income protection requirements, and long-term financial goals.

* Present customized Life (Term, Savings, ULIPs) and Health (Indemnity, Critical Illness) insurance plans to meet identified client needs.

* Guide prospects through policy terms, benefit structures, rider inclusions, and claim process guidelines to ensure complete transparency.

2. Market Prospecting & Portfolio Management

* Sourced new clients through personal networking, community outreach, digital leads, and existing policyholder referrals.

* Oversee end-to-end policy submission, including proposal form verification, KYC collection, and medical check-up coordination.

* Maintain ongoing contact with existing policyholders for annual coverage reviews, policy servicing, and timely renewal payments.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

* Education:HS or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or Management preferred).

* Experience: 0–2 years of experience in direct sales, client consultation, or customer-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

* Licensing: Willingness to complete IRDAI training and licensing exam upon joining (or active IRDAI license).
