About us: We are a 4.9★ eggless custom-cake bakery. Almost every cake we make is designed from a customer's photo.

Requirements

• The candidate must have worked in a bakery kitchen before, with at least 2 years of experience in cake decoration.
• The candidate must be able to cover a cake in fondant smoothly, with sharp edges and no cracks or air bubbles.
• The candidate must be able to make fondant figures and characters, such as cartoons, people and animals.
• The candidate should be able to make fondant toppers, bows, flowers, name plaques and lettering.
• The candidate should be able to colour fondant to match a customer's reference photo.
• The candidate should know how to build tiered and stacked cakes with proper support.
• The candidate must be able to give cakes a smooth whipped-cream and buttercream finish.
• The candidate should be skilled in piping borders, rosettes, flowers and writing.
• The candidate should know how to make drip cakes and ganache-coated cakes with sharp edges.
• The candidate should be able to place edible photo prints and use sprinkles, gold leaf, dusts and edible paint neatly.
• The candidate must be able to copy a design accurately from a photo the customer sends.
• The candidate should be able to bake, level, layer, fill and crumb-coat sponges when needed. Experience with eggless baking is a plus.
• The candidate must come to work on time every day and finish every cake before its delivery slot.
• The candidate must work fast and neatly, keep the workstation clean and follow the kitchen process.
