KAAJ Instant Househelp Services — Booking Manager (Tollygunge)

KAAJ is an early-stage startup building an on-demand househelp platform in South Kolkata. Because we're growing fast, this role won't stay limited to the tasks below — you'll get hands-on exposure across operations and real room to grow as we scale. We're looking for someone ready to wear multiple hats.

The Booking Manager receives service bookings, assigns and accepts them, guides househelp, and coordinates them to reach the customer location on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and accept incoming service bookings via app / WhatsApp / phone calls
• Assign each booking to the right househelp based on availability and location
• Guide househelp on job details and help them reach the customer location on time
• Coordinate with househelp and customers over call / WhatsApp for smooth, on-time service
• Track live bookings and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows

Shifts (2–3 openings)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• General Shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary: Rs. 12,000 – 15,000/month (based on experience)

One weekly day off, on a weekday — weekends are working days, as they're our busiest.

Requirements

• Telecalling / customer support experience preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills (Bengali / Hindi)
• Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp and booking apps
• Comfortable using laptop and Excel
• Local candidates from South Kolkata / Tollygunge preferred
