Multi-Cuisine Chef (Korean, Indian & Continental) – QSR Brand, Kolkata

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Chef to join our Kolkata-based Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing Korean, Indian, and Continental cuisines, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across Korean, Indian, and Continental menus.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and portion control.

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation in line with brand standards.

• Develop new recipes and menu items suitable for a QSR setup.

• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory and food cost control.

• Coordinate with the service and management team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

• Uphold food safety and FSSAI compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a chef in a multi-cuisine or QSR environment.

• Expertise in Korean, Indian, and Continental cuisines.

• Strong understanding of QSR operations, portioning, and speed of service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Culinary certification or diploma preferred.
