·     Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the healthcare sector. You will lead our sales initiatives, manage a high-performing sales team, and forge strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and healthcare networks. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of medical sales cycles, healthcare procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.

·     Key Responsibilities

·        Team Leadership: Recruit/Build, Train, Mentor, and Motivate a team of healthcare sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

·          B2B & B2C Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch our products/services to hospital administrators, clinic owners, procurement heads, and medical directors.

·        Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and existing healthcare clients to ensure retention and account growth.

·        Market Strategy: Analyze healthcare market trends, competitor activity, and regional demand to develop effective sales strategies and territories.

·        Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities strictly adhere to healthcare compliance laws, medical ethics, and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA/local mandates).

·        Pipeline Forecasting: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.

·     Required Qualifications

o  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

o  Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years of sales management experience specifically within healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, or healthcare software/SaaS).

o  Skills: Strong negotiation, contract management, and CRM tool proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).

o  Network: An existing network of contacts within regional hospital systems or medical clinics is a major plus.

o  Attributes: High emotional intelligence, excellent presentation skills, and a strong resilience matching the healthcare industry's demands.
