Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, employee engagement, performance management, incentives, statutory benefits and employee separation.

The ideal candidate should be strong in recruitment, employee handling and HR administration, with practical knowledge of salary structures, commissions/incentives, PF, gratuity, ESI, leave, attendance and statutory compliance.
