Position: Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)

 

Education: H.S & Above

 

Experience: 2+ Years in Staffing

 

Job Responsibility:

 

·  Understand manpower requirements from warehouse/hub managers.

·  Source candidates through job portals, local vendors, referrals, field hiring.

· Conduct bulk hiring drives (especially during peak season).

·  Verify documents (DL, RC, Insurance, Aadhaar, PAN, etc.).

Salary: Up to 20 K Per month

Location: Kolkata (Kestopur)
