Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for confident and energetic Telecallers to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, speaking with customers in a professional manner, explaining services, asking qualifying questions, and updating call outcomes correctly in the system. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle calls with confidence.

Basic computer knowledge

Prior telecalling or call centre experience is preferred but not mandatory
