Portfolio Management: Clients ke financial goals ko samajhna aur unhe life insurance, retirement plans, aur wealth-linked products (ULIPs) suggest karna.
Business Development: Naye clients banana aur existing clients ke saath mazboot rishte banaye rakhna.
Financial Consulting: Clients ko tax benefits, risk coverage, aur wealth accumulation ke baare mein sahi jaankari dena.
Market Analysis: Insurance market ke naye trends aur products ki gehri samajh rakhna taaki clients ko sahi samay par behtar advice di ja sake.
Claims & Service Support: Policy issuance aur claims ke waqt clients ki madad karna aur unhe behtar service experience dena.
Team Coordination: Sales targets achieve karne ke liye branch aur team ke saath milkar kaam karna
Required Skills (Zaruri Hunar)
Communication Skills: Hindi aur English mein achhi pakad taaki complex financial products ko asani se samjhaya ja sake.
