• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and hiring of employees.
• Post job vacancies, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and joining formalities.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for manpower requirements.
• Ensure discipline and compliance with company HR policies.
• Maintain records of ESI, and other statutory requirements, wherever applicable.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage employees and handle HR-related queries.
• Experience in a manufacturing company will be an advantage.
