Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads for personal loan products through calling, online leads, references, and other channels.

* Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements and eligibility.

* Explain personal loan features, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and other relevant details to customers.

* Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the loan application process.

* Collect and verify required customer documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, salary slips, bank statements, etc.

* Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for loan processing and approval.

* Maintain regular follow-ups until loan disbursement.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales/disbursement targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, approvals, and disbursements.

* Build good relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.

* Ensure all customer interactions and documentation follow company policies and applicable regulations.

Skills Required

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Comfortable with outbound calling

* Basic understanding of personal loans and financial products

* Good follow-up and negotiation skills

* Target-oriented approach

* Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM

* Ability to handle customer queries and objections
