Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist clients with their investment-related queries and ensure a smooth, reliable service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a basic understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding investments and account-related queries
• Assist customers with onboarding, documentation, and KYC processes
• Handle queries related to mutual funds, portfolios, transactions, and statements
• Resolve customer issues promptly via phone, email, and chat
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, advisors, compliance) for issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Provide timely follow-ups and proactive customer communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, banking, or wealth management
• Basic knowledge of mutual funds, investments, and financial markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office
• Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail
