MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting:

2. Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS Reports

3. Maintain data in Excel - VLOOKUP, H-LOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, SUMIF, Conditional

Formatting

4. Data entry and data validation from site teams

5. Prepare Project Progress Reports for management

Tower Material Management:

Maintain Stock of Telecom Tower Materials

Track Material Inward / Outward / Return

Knowledge of Tower Materials like:

Tower Structure, Legs, Bracings, Nuts & Bolts

Shelter, DG, Battery Bank, SMPS, AC

Cable Tray, Earthing Strip, RF Cable, Antenna Mounts, Fencing Material

Coordinate with Site Engineers and Store for material reconciliation

Coordination:

Follow up with site engineers for Daily Progress Report (DPR)

Coordinate with Logistics & Purchase team for material dispatch

Maintain Material Reconciliation Statement

Required Skills:

Must Have: Advanced MS Excel Expertise

Good knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office

Knowledge of ERP / Tally / SAP is an added advantage

Good Communication & Email Drafting

Ability to handle large data accurately and quickly

Preferred Candidate: Candidates from Telecom Tower / Telecom Infrastructure background will be

given preference

Candidate who has worked in Tower Material / Logistics / Warehouse will be preferred

Must be from Lucknow / Willing to work in Transport Nagar, Lucknow
