Picker / Packer – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick products/materials as per order or picking list.
  • Pack products safely and accurately for dispatch.
  • Check quantity, quality, and product details before packing.
  • Label and arrange packed items for dispatch.
  • Maintain proper inventory and warehouse records.
  • Load/unload materials and move goods within the warehouse.
  • Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized.
  • Follow warehouse safety and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 10th/12th pass preferred.
  • Freshers can apply; warehouse experience will be an advantage.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work.
  • Basic reading and counting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet daily targets.
