Knitting Accessories Coordinator

Job Responsibilities-

• Handle and arrange all garment trims and accessories required for knitting production.
• Ensure timely availability of buttons, zippers, labels, elastics, drawcords, tags, tapes, patches, and other accessories.
• Coordinate with Store, Production, Merchandising, Purchase, and Quality teams.
• Arrange unavailable accessories through external suppliers/vendors.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and pending requirements.
• Check accessories as per required quality, quantity, colour, size, and specifications.
• Maintain proper records of accessories received, issued, available, and pending.
• Ensure accessories are arranged order-wise/style-wise as per production requirements.
• Resolve shortages, quality issues, and mismatches on time to avoid production delays.

Requirements -

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in the garments/knitwear industry.
• Good knowledge of garment trims and accessories.
• Experience in handling accessories for knitwear/garment production.
• Good understanding of garment production and accessory requirements.
• Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining records.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and accessories simultaneously.
• Should be responsible, organized, and able to work as per production timelines.
• Candidates with experience in garment manufacturing/export house/knitwear company will be preferred.
