Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and joining.
  2. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
  3. Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HRIS.
  4. Handle attendance, leave and payroll and prepare salary,Pf and ESI challan.
  5. Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  6. Conduct performance appraisal and performance management activities.
  7. Coordinate employee engagement activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labour laws.
  9. Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, attendance and recruitment reports.
  10. Handle employee exits, resignation, full & final settlement and exit interviews.
  11. Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
