Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, billing, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform GST and tax reconciliations and ensure timely filings.
- Manage vendor/customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Requirements:-
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL industry.
