Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete weaving operations during the assigned shift.
- Supervise weaving operators and helpers.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization.
- Achieve daily production and quality targets.
- Monitor machine performance and resolve production issues.
- Maintain production and shift reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
- Ensure smooth production flow and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain discipline and follow safety procedures.
Required Skills:
- 7–8 years of experience in weaving/textile manufacturing.
- Diploma in Textile/Apparel Technology.
- Good knowledge of weaving machines and processes.
- Strong manpower handling and shift management skills.
- Good understanding of production and quality control.
- Experience in ladies suit/fabric manufacturing will be preferred.
