Job Description
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students/parents.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, benefits, and admission process clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records.
- Schedule counselling sessions or appointments when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for lead conversion.
- Maintain consistent follow-up until the lead reaches the next stage.
