Job Description
Telesales Executive – Loan Sales
Bairava Financial Services is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries and generate leads for our loan products.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
Explain suitable loan options and basic eligibility criteria.
Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, Personal Loans, Used Car Loans and Home Loans.
Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into qualified leads.
Collect basic customer information and required documents.
Update customer details, follow-up status and lead progress in CRM / Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the loan processing team until the customer is properly handed over.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up and lead-generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
Good Tamil communication skills are required.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Previous experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Sales / Banking / Finance is preferred.
Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Should be comfortable making regular customer calls and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Salary & Incentives₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Earning Potential: ₹25,000+ per month based on performance.
