Lighting Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lighting Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience in the LED lighting industry.

The candidate will be responsible for product development, lighting design, testing, and coordination with

cross-functional teams for new product development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LED lighting products and solutions.

• Handle product testing, validation, and performance analysis.

• Prepare technical drawings, BOM, and product specifications.

• Coordinate with R&D;, production, and quality teams.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Support new product development (NPD) activities.

• Analyze product performance and suggest improvements.

• Work on optical, thermal, and electrical aspects of lighting products.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of LED lighting products and systems.

• Experience in lighting design and product development.

• PCB Design experience is required.

• Hands-on experience in DIALux lighting simulation.

• AutoCAD knowledge is essential.

• Understanding of lighting standards and testing procedures.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.

Additional Requirement

Candidate must be willing to relocate to Malur location.

Preferred

Experience in NPD department or lighting manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
