Bancassurance Manager

A Bancassurance Manager drives insurance sales (Life) through assigned banking partner branches. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, training bank staff, generating leads from branch customers, conducting joint sales calls, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly and annual branch sales targets by converting bank walk-ins and referrals into life or general insurance policies.

Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with branch managers, key stakeholders, and bank staff to motivate them to promote and cross-sell insurance products

Training & Mentorship: Train bank personnel on insurance product features, sales techniques, and regulatory updates.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Run marketing campaigns and drive joint sales calls (alongside bank staff) to close high-value policies

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales and documentation strictly comply with corporate policies and regulatory standards. Track and report branch sales performance using MIS data
