CNC Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for CNC Machine Operators for our cutting tools manufacturing unit. Candidates should have prior experience operating CNC machines and preferably some knowledge or experience in the *cutting tools industry*, particularly in the manufacturing of end mills, drills, carbide tools, or similar precision tools.

The operator should be able to operate the assigned CNC machine independently after training, handle day-to-day production, perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes, carry out quality checks, and take responsibility for production output and machine upkeep.

*Experience Required:*

* *2 Experienced Operators:* Prior CNC operating experience with relevant experience in the cutting tools industry. Candidates should be capable of independently handling production on 5 Axis CNC machine.

* *2 Junior/Semi-Experienced Operators:* Basic CNC operating experience/knowledge with some exposure to cutting tools, machining, or precision manufacturing. Should be willing and capable of learning and independently handling the machine after training.

*Salary:*

₹15,000 – ₹35,000/₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, technical knowledge, and ability to independently handle production.
