Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid

Shift: US Night Shift

Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiters with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US recruitment process, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to identify, screen and place qualified IT professionals for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical positions.

Source qualified IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster and other job portals.

Understand client requirements, job descriptions and technical skill sets.

Perform candidate screening, evaluation and initial interviews.

Work on different employment types, including W2, C2C and 1099.

Understand US work authorization statuses such as H1B, Green Card and US Citizen.

Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and negotiate offers.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely submissions.

Achieve monthly recruitment targets and successful placement goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of US hiring practices and recruitment cycles.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster and Boolean search.

Knowledge of US work authorization and employment types.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Strong candidate management and follow-up skills.

Compensation & Incentives

Fixed CTC: 5.5 LPA (depending on experience and skills).

Performance Incentive: ₹3,000 per successful placement.

Enhanced Incentive: ₹5,000 per successful placement upon achieving 5 or more placements.

Work Schedule

US Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST.

Working from Mohali, Punjab.

On-site / Hybrid work arrangement.
