Job Description

Position: Female Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Type: Work From Home / Remote

Location: Kerala preferred

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Female Accountant to manage day-to-day business accounts remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily income and expense records
  • Record customer payments and outstanding balances
  • Maintain purchase and sales transactions
  • Prepare daily/weekly account reports
  • Manage Excel spreadsheets accurately
  • Bank transaction and payment reconciliation
  • Track pending payments and follow up on account discrepancies
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts and other documents
  • Report account status directly to management
  • Keep all company and customer financial information confidential

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Tally knowledge is an advantage
  • Good numerical and calculation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently from home
  • Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
  • Freshers with good accounting and Excel knowledge can also apply
