Chartered Accountant (CA) – Finance & Compliance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage our end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with modern accounting software, possess deep knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, and excel at preparing accurate financial statements and coordinating audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Accounting: Manage daily bookkeeping in Tally Prime / Zoho Books / QuickBooks. Execute precise bank and ledger reconciliations.
• GST Compliance: Handle the end-to-end filing of GSTR-1, 3B, and 9/9C. Perform Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations via Form 2B, manage Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), LUT applications, and process export refunds.
• TDS Compliance: Ensure timely TDS deductions, generate challans, file 24Q, 26Q, and 27Q returns, and issue Form 16/16A and 15CA/CB certifications.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets in compliance with Schedule III. Handle month-end and year-end adjustments (including accruals, prepaids, provisions, depreciation, and forex adjustments).
• Audits & Payroll: Coordinate smoothly with statutory/internal auditors, calculate advance tax, and manage payroll compliance including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT).

Required skills & qualification:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with an active ICAI membership.
• Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
• Experience: Strong hands-on experience in corporate tax compliance, audit management, and finalisation of books.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently
