Job Description
- Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of our corporate events. Managing all operational aspects of our corporateevents, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and aligned with the company objectives.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and resources withinbudgetary constraints.
- Manage all logistical aspects of corporate events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all elements are executed according to plan and meet quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and vendors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate walkthroughs to assess venue suitability and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and handle unforeseen challenges during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of event operations.
