Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them with product selection and purchases.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through active selling and upselling.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, cash, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain product displays, shelf arrangements, and overall store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock availability, replenish shelves, and report low-stock items.
- Check product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Support inventory counting, stock receiving, and daily store operations.
- Promote new launches, offers, combos, and seasonal products.
- Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, FMCG, grocery, or counter sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and digital payments.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and recommend products confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and inventory-handling skills.
- Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
