Job Description
Role:- Field Sales Executive (Confectionery / FMCG)
Location:- Kandivali (East & West), Mumbai
Responsibilities:-
- Expand our B2B retail network by pitching premium chocolate gifting boxes to local kirana stores, medical shops, bakeries, and cafes.
- Secure prime billing-counter placement for fast-moving inventory.
- Manage a 7-day payment collection cycle and ensure clean records of cash collected.
Compensation:-
- Incentive-only, commission-based structure (Estimated earnings: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000+ / month).
- Flexible working hours and weekly route management.
Requirements:-
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Deep local knowledge of the Kandivali market.
- Hunger to hustle and close daily deals.
