Front Office Executive

We are looking for a smart, polite, and responsible front desk executive for a well-established ENT clinic.

* Basic computer knowledge (billing, WhatsApp, appointments)

* Punctual and well-presented

* Experience in clinic / hospital / diagnostic center

Job profile-

• Scheduling appointments, informing patients regarding the same on Whatsapp by following SOP
• Handling petty cash and daily accounting,
• Supervision of clinic premises & ensuring discipline and smooth running of clinic.
• Attending to phone calls, making calls to patients.
• Drafting certificates & documents, sending mails, visiting bank for cash and cheque deposits occassionally
•  Posting on social media page on daily basis, maintaining google sheets 
• Assisting doctors in their day-to-day operations of Bhavik ENT Care
• Planning the day well in advance for smooth and efficient work by maintaining a calendar
• In case of emergency, you may have to assist the doctor for any procedure in the clinic.  
• Any other assignment which may be suitable for you.
