Graphic Designer Cum Presentation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Presentation Specialist who can create strong, visually appealing, and

premium brand presentations. The ideal candidate should be confident in using Canva and

have a strong understanding of layout, typography, visual storytelling, and brand aesthetics.

The role involves creating presentations for brand pitches, concepts, assignments,

proposals, and client-facing decks. The candidate should be able to understand a written

brief and transform it into a clean, cohesive, engaging, and professionally designed

presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality presentations and pitch decks aligned with brand guidelines and

visual identity.

Convert written briefs, ideas, and concepts into visually compelling presentations.

Design presentations for brand pitches, client meetings, concepts, assignments,

proposals, and internal requirements.

Use Canva confidently to create professional and visually engaging decks.

Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts, imagery, icons, and overall

brand aesthetics.

Apply strong visual storytelling to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

Select appropriate images, graphics, icons, and visual elements to enhance

presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to understand requirements

and deliver presentations within timelines.

Review and refine presentations based on feedback while maintaining design quality

and consistency.

Ensure presentations are polished, error-free, and client-ready.Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Canva is mandatory.

Good understanding of layout, typography, colour combinations, composition, and

visual hierarchy.

Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Ability to turn complex information into simple, visually engaging content.

Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.

Ability to work on multiple presentations and meet deadlines.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in creating premium and brand-focused presentations will be an added

advantage.
