Job Description
We have opening for the Guest Relation Executive profile with 1 of the Health Care industry company. Job location - Malad East.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless processes.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest relations and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Ensure smooth daily office coordination
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is required.
- Experience working in a similar role is an asset.
