Job Description
Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, and onboarding.
* Handle daily attendance management, employee leave records, late arrivals, absenteeism, and attendance tracking.
* Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance data, and recruitment MIS reports.
* Monitor attendance discrepancies and coordinate with employees and reporting managers for timely resolution.
* Manage employee joining and exit formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
* Prepare regular reports related to recruitment, attendance, leaves, and manpower.
