HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

* Handle *end-to-end recruitment* for multiple positions and clients.

* Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.

* Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and job requirements.

* Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Manage offer rollouts, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up on offer acceptance, joining dates, and prevent candidate dropouts.

* Maintain regular communication with clients regarding hiring progress.

* Achieve assigned recruitment targets and TATs.

* Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

* Ensure compliance with company and client recruitment processes.
