Job Description
Central Kitchen Manager
Looking for a responsible Central Kitchen Manager to oversee complete central kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check daily food quality, taste and consistency.
- Maintain hygiene and FSSAI standards.
- Manage raw material stock, inward/outward and wastage.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch to all outlets.
- Monitor stock availability, purchases and billing records.
- Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations.
- Coordinate with outlets for requirements, shortages and quality issues.
- Ensure smooth operations, minimum wastage and proper cost control.
Candidate should be disciplined, hands-on and capable of independently managing the central kitchen.
