Job Description

पद: ऑफिस बॉय / ऑफिस अटेंडेंट

  1. ऑफिस की नियमित साफ-सफाई और डस्टिंग करना तथा ऑफिस को व्यवस्थित रखना।
  2. सभी कर्मचारियों के लिए चाय, कॉफी और पानी की व्यवस्था करना।
  3. ऑफिस की स्टेशनरी, सफाई के सामान और अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री का स्टॉक बनाए रखना।
  4. पास के क्षेत्र से पार्सल, दस्तावेज़ और अन्य आवश्यक सामान लाना या ले जाना।
  5. ऑफिस के लिए स्नैक्स और अन्य आवश्यक वस्तुओं का समय पर ऑर्डर करना।
  6. सभी कर्मचारियों के साथ विनम्र एवं सम्मानजनक व्यवहार रखना, उनकी व्यक्तिगत सीमाओं का सम्मान करना और ऑफिस में अच्छा व सकारात्मक माहौल बनाए रखना।
