Job Description
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client/job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain daily candidate lineup and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer releases, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
