Job Description

Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and drive sales of mobiles, laptops, and related products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Handle showroom sales activities and maintain product knowledge.
  • Maintain high grooming standards as per company policy.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Prior retail experience required.
  • Good knowledge of iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, AirPods, and iOS ecosystem.
  • Experience in mobile/phone sales or consumer electronics sales is required.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Candidates should be appropriately experienced for the role.
  • Candidates with a stable career history and genuine interest in retail sales are preferred.
