Hiring: Executive – Knowledge Process (Telesales)

📍 Location: Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai

💼 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

🎓 Qualification: HSC / 12th Pass to Graduate

🗣️ Languages: English & Hindi

💰 Salary: ₹22,000 Fixed In-Hand + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales/cold calls on company-provided data.
• Explain products/services and understand customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries and objections.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call and customer records.
• Follow company sales process and guidelines.
• Candidate Profile
• Experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling.
• B2B sales experience preferred; B2C candidates can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and targets.
• Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.

Working Details

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Week Off: Sundays + 2nd Saturday

Timings: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

Desired Candidate Profile:

1.  We look for candidates with at least 2 years of Tele-sales experience and a track record of successful sales. While we prefer B2B sales experience in the domestic market, outstanding candidates from B2C will also be considered.

2.  Excellent sales tactics and communication skills.

3.  Fluent in both English and Hindi.

4.  Age limit: up to 30 years.

Salary and Benefits:

1.  Monthly Starting Salary In Hand: Rs. 22,000.

2.  Monthly Salary Increment

3.  Lucrative, Spot Daily Incentives, Weekly Incentives and Incentive Holidays offered.

4.  Promotion criteria based on three months' consistent performance, offered at the time of appointment itself.

Working Days & Timings:

Working Days:

Monday to Saturdays.

2.  Week Offs: All Sundays & 2nd Saturday of every month.

3. Working Timings: 9:45am to 6:30pm
