Job Description

English must be fluent. Comfortable with the Client and Applicant care role Immediate joiner preferred.


lJob Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with candidates regarding international job opportunities and placements.
  • Handle candidate queries and provide process-related information.
  • Coordinate interviews, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain candidate records and update process status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and overseas employers/partners.
  • Ensure smooth communication throughout the placement process.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow-ups.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in recruitment/placement is an advantage.
