Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GeM & Tendering Executive to independently handle end-to-end seller-side government e-procurement and bidding. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing technical/commercial bid documentation, participating in live Reverse Auctions (RA), and managing contracts and order execution across GeM and state/central e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Search & Evaluation: Identify and analyze relevant tenders, BOQs, and bids on the GeM portal, CPPP, and state e-tender portals.
• Bid Preparation & Submission: Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, compliance statements, deviation sheets, and pre-qualification documentation within deadlines.
• Reverse Auction & Live Bidding: Actively participate in online Reverse Auctions (RA) and live bidding sessions to secure L1 status.
• GeM Portal Management: Manage OEM dashboard/reseller panel, product catalog listings, OEM authorizations, direct purchase orders, and brand approvals.
• Commercial & Security Handling: Manage EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee), turnover/experience documentation, and tender fee formalities.
• Post-Award & Order Execution: Track contract acceptance, generate invoices, follow up on Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificates (CRAC), and coordinate payment clearance.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with sales, production, engineering, and accounts teams to prepare cost estimations, quotations, and product datasheets.
• Reporting: Maintain comprehensive tender databases, win/loss MIS reports, and active contract status records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate in Commerce, Science, Business Administration, or Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven hands-on seller-side experience on the GeM portal (preferably in electrical equipment, transformer accessories, control panels, or industrial manufacturing).
• Platform Knowledge: In-depth working knowledge of GeM Seller Portal, CPPP, and state e-tender portals.
• Documentation & Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF document handling.
• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of BOQ matching, technical compliance sheets, EMD/PBG, CRAC processes, and commercial bid calculations
