Job Description

· Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from assigned leads.

· Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, batches, and admission procedures.

· Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.

· Follow up regularly with interested students to drive admissions.

· Build a positive relationship with students and parents through professional

communication.

· Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams to ensure a smooth conversion and enrollment process.
