Job Description

Lead - CAD & Billing

Deliverables / Responsible for (results)1. Perform second-level review of contractor RA/final bills received after Project QS Billing Lead validation;.2. Check compliance to contract terms, BOQ, approved rates, inclusions/exclusions, deductions and approval requirements;.3. Validate supporting records including measurements, MB abstracts, test certificates, approvals, debit/credit notes and correspondence;.4. Ensure variation and extra item claims are backed by approved change orders or amendments and proper substantiation;.5. Coordinate clarifications between Project QS, Contracts and Finance to close discrepancies within agreed timelines;.6. Maintain SBU billing verification tracker, ageing log and status of bills under review, returned and cleared;.7. Support timely bill processing by ensuring correct sequencing of notes, checks and approvals;.8. Flag recurring gaps such as rate mismatch, missing approvals and documentation issues and recommend control fixes.
