• Drive product strategy and roadmap for GTS Cash products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements and prioritize development efforts.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on market demand and business impact.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure smooth product implementation and resolve any issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cash management or transaction banking products.
• Proven track record of driving successful product launches and managing complex projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in working with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques, such as roadmapping and user story mapping.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
